Grocery Deals

So everyone knows I can't pass up a good deal. Grocery deals are always the hardest to chase. I usually end up so frazzled by the time I am finished chasing the good deals that it isn't even worth it. I guess it doesn't help that I have a daughter who wrestles me to get in her car seat and then takes her shoe off and throws it at me when I win! Anyway, I went to the library last night for a free Grocery Guru seminar. He had some good tips about how to shop for your groceries and save up to 70% off. I've been able to do this with certain items but not usually on my entire grocery bill. I will try his suggestions for a few months and see how it goes.
